Cooking Directions

1. Marinate 500-700 g (1-1½ lb) of chicken, beef, mutton, or lamb with Laziza Biryani Masala , yogurt, and ginger-garlic paste for 30-60 minutes .
2. Heat cooking oil in a large pot and fry sliced onions until golden brown. Add the marinated meat and cook until lightly browned.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and the required amount of water. Cover and simmer over low heat until the meat becomes tender and a rich gravy forms.
4. Separately boil soaked basmati rice until it is about 75% cooked , then drain thoroughly.
5. Layer the partially cooked rice over the prepared meat curry. Add fried onions, fresh coriander, mint leaves, and saffron-infused milk or food color if desired.
6. Cover the pot tightly and cook over low heat (dum) for 15-20 minutes until the rice is fully cooked and infused with the aromatic spices.
7. Gently fluff the biryani before serving to evenly distribute the meat and rice while keeping the grains separate.
