Cooking Directions

1. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil or ghee in a pan and fry finely sliced onions until golden brown .
2. Add 500-700 g (1-1½ lb) of minced beef, mutton, lamb, or chicken along with ginger-garlic paste. Cook until the meat changes color and is lightly browned.
3. Stir in the entire packet of National Qeema Masala and mix thoroughly to coat the mince evenly with the spices.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and a small amount of water if needed. Cover and simmer over medium to low heat until the meat is fully cooked and the gravy reaches your preferred consistency.
5. Continue cooking until the oil separates from the masala. Add green peas if desired and cook for a few more minutes.
6. Garnish before serving.
